What we are doing
- Full keyboard navigation with clearly visible focus states
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, buttons, and labeled form fields
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and labels for icon-only buttons
- Text and interface contrast checked against WCAG 2.2 Level AA targets
- Trade statuses (red, yellow, green) always paired with text, never color alone
- Readable, programmatically associated form validation messages
- Focus handling inside dialogs and popups, with Escape to close
- Live-region announcements for trade, offer, message, and account updates
- Layouts that hold up at browser zoom to 200% and on small screens
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting across animations and celebrations
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. We test major pages with automated checks and manual keyboard navigation, and we fix issues as they are found or reported.
